Lexalytics, the leader in cloud and on-prem text and sentiment analytics solutions, announced today that it has expanded its breadth of language capabilities to include Arabic, Russian, and Dutch. With this addition, Lexalytics now supports 16 international languages.
“Our focus on expanding global language support offers multi-national brands the opportunity to use multi-lingual text analysis to interpret thoughts and feelings that have a direct impact on their business,” said Jeff Catlin, CEO, Lexalytics. “Text analytics works best when it is done through native language processing, as opposed to translation. Our leading cloud and on-prem technology mines billions of pieces of unstructured data daily, transforming conversations into meaningful and actionable insights.””The first Bottlenose product to market was Nerve Center, providing deep insights on stream data from social media, TV and radio sources. A significant portion of the 72 billion Nerve Center messages we analyzed every day were text. Even as we broaden the stream data sources we handle to include a variety of data in motion streams including quantitative public, private and enterprise data for a global market including Europe and Asia, we will continue to have a strong need for native language text and sentiment analysis. Lexalytics fits this bill perfectly, and we’re happy to see them aggressively pursuing their language development roadmap,” said Kevin Strehlo, VP of Marketing, Bottlenose.
Dutch language support is available immediately in both the Semantria® SaaS and Salience® on-premise solutions. Russian, and Arabic will be available in late April in the Semantria® SaaS platform. With a Semantria® Advanced subscription or a Semantria® Excel subscription, customers automatically receive Russian, Arabic, and Dutch language support.
